Telus sucks...but not Allison!

Can I tell you how much I despise talking to representatives of Telus? For the most part they do not listen. They do not HEAR what the issue is, or what you want. Even when trying to BUY something from them, I feel like...I dunno...they're idiots!
But today...aaaaaahhhhhhh.....I spoke to a woman named Allison...and she was the bestest telephone billing agent ever. She HEARD me. VALIDATED me AND fixed the problem (after 4 phone calls). AND I got a deal AND I got credited 2 months of internet billing.
I don't think I can do it again though...go through 4-5 phone calls totally at least 4 hours before I speak to someone human. To be fair the others were human...but they sure didn't listen or perform their job.
GGRRRRRR.
Anyway, I wrote her boss to tell him how amazing she was. Normally I don't care...I just expect good customer service...but really...when do YOU get good customer service from Telus or Rogers or Bell or Sprint? ??? EVER? Well, I don't.
today I did and it was such a big deal I told you all and wrote someone's boss.
