MMMMMM

1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (NO substitutions!)
1 cup NON Alkalized cocoa powder (in other words not dutch processed cocoa...Fry's is dutch processed...hershey's and Ghiradelli are not)
2 cups granulated white sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2/3 cup shredded coconut (unsweeted best)
1/3 cup chopped almonds (slivered work too, but I like them chopped)
2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Melt the butter in a large sauce pan. Remove from heat. stir in cocoa. Blend in sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Blend in dry ingredients and nuts. pour batter into greased tart tins or muffin tins if you want a larger "bite" or into a 9x13 inch pan if you want a pan of brownies. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes for the "bites" a bit longer for muffins and 30-35 minutes for a pan of brownies.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you have is Fry's cocoa you say? OK, use it, but change the SODA to baking POWDER.
