It's now MY favourite day of the year. I work in a nutty fashion on Christmas to have the nice dinner, etc., but it means I work pretty much all day. But it all pays off on Boxing Day when it is just our immediate family and whoever we choose to spend time with (or wish to spend time with) and food that I cooked, but don't have to cook, yk?

Happy BOXING DAY!

Our bodies are incredible things.

I learned that if I embrace something and let it be what it is, I can better release it.
