Sep. 17th, 2007 01:42 pm Last night I cast a circle and did a variety of readings, some prayer, some tarot and Medicine Cards.
I am to continue on my path and be the me that is true, and real and natural. :) VERY CLEAR.
I am to watch my manipulative tendencies.
I am to trust in the Great Spirit, God, Universe.
I journeyed with Bald Eagle and saw that I am to feed my family first, making sure their needs are met and then fly off to see what I see, knock down the old nest, get out of the swamp and start anew in an undisclosed location, but judging from the view, it will all be ok. The meaning of the symbolism is clear to me.
Shane asked if I had an intelligible reading and I did. I really did.
The doula calls are coming in left right and center.
It's all good.
Now...how can I go about getting off of my procrastinating and scared butt to get those breastfeeding classes together? I know what to do (talk to a couple of doula/cbe s that I know, and then likely a midwife...and SEE if there is a teaching location available...if not, I find my own (check into the possibility of doing it here in my building). If none of those pan out, pursue the request to do a weaning workshop through the family place near me. A REQUEST...an offer...on the table for when I'm ready. Yes, Universe...YES! But man, can I drag my heels...it feels scary.
