Snappy Givethanksing day :)

The menu:
Turkey
Bonnie's sausage stuffing
Mashed potatoes (red with skins on)
Gravy
Candied yams with marshmallows (oh this is something you really should only eat once a year if that!)
Steamed yellow carrots
brussel sprouts with cheddar cheese sauce
cranberry sauce
cloverleaf rolls
egg nog
pumpkin pie

Everything save for the nog and the cranberries was from scratch. 

The turkey was small, but we have SO MANY left overs!!! and a soup bubbling away on the stove.

I am so tired!  Oh, and it was interactive thanksgiving.  Zea and Soren helped with almost everything! Below you see Soren cutting the carrots he peeled all by himself and the ever supervizing Zea takes a moment from stirring up the stuffing to critique Soren's work.  Zea peeled the yams, mixed the stuffing, made the sugar/butter sauce for the yams, both of them helped make the cloverleaf rolls (rolling the dough into little balls).  It was a lot of fun!
