Nov. 5th, 2008 06:20 pmThe bathtub had been clogged for at least 4 days. I kept emptying it with a big bucket into the toilet so we could keep bathing. What to do? Draino? Liquid Plummer? No amount of plunging was doing the trick. So off to Google I went.
I did not have a plummer's snake, so I read that a coat hanger could work. I used a coat hanger for EVER...coupled with plunging and then....
The bathtub rat. OMG. It is a mix of hair and slime and it kept coming and coming and coming. And then up popped a PEN. A ball point pen, complete with cover. And some ribbon.
OH FER GROSS!
But I did it. I conquered the bathtub rat. And if you know me, the idea of rats grosses me out...I could never be a plummer.
Josh was seriously disturbed by my display of silly screaming and freakyness...but really, EWWW!
