1 1/2 c. flour
7 Tbsp pwd sugar (I reduce this to about 5 Tbsp)
3/4 c. butter (USE BUTTER!!!)

Mix like pie crust and pat into 9x13 inch pan
Bake 15 min (though I find where I live I need to reduce heat by 5-7 min...elevation difference?) at 350 F

Filling:

3 eggs, well beaten
2 cups sugar (I do 1 1/2 cups...the rhubarb does need it, but not that much)
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat till fluffy.  Add 4 cups chopped rhubarb.  Pour over baked crust.  Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes

Let cool before you eat for best "bar" results
